You have enrolled in a program with ONLINECHALK, LLC. All techniques, materials (online and print), content, code, software, data, videos, session transcripts, copyrights, trademark rights and other intellectual and property rights used in connection with your program are the exclusive property of onlinechalk. You agree not to share, reproduce, sell, or distribute information obtained from onlinechalk, including course materials, to any third party and to only use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You also agree not to share your online onlinechalk password or allow anyone else to use the onlinechalk resources you purchased. onlinechalk grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the software or documentation required to access the program’s services and materials, solely for your personal use. This license will end when your program, plan or service expires.
Enrollment in certain onlinechalk programs may be limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary equipment, including telephone, computer hardware, and internet/wireless services, for accessing and using onlinechalk’s online services.
onlinechalk reserves the right to change these Student Enrollment Agreement Terms and Conditions at any time, in whole or in part, and changes will be effective upon posting.
We evaluate the score you received on the official test after completing our program against your baseline starting score on the same test. Your most recent official test score or the score you received on your first practice test will be considered as a baseline test score.
You must attend all scheduled classes prior to your official test date and complete all required practice tests as scheduled, observing official time limits and breaks. Only practice tests taken in 1 sitting while observing official time limits for all sections and breaks will be counted as fulfilling this requirement. You should also follow your personalized study plan and keep track of your activities in the provided academic planner.
You must always adhere to the guidance of your tutor.
The Unlimited SAT Prep program offers 20 hours of personalized 1:1 classes for the student’s first SAT attempt. Following the first SAT attempt, the program provides 2 classes per month for reviewing mistakes, clearing doubts, reviewing time management strategies and help with practice material.
Not all offerings are unlimited SAT prep. Refer to your welcome email to see if your program is unlimited.
Practice materials will be provided on our AI platform.
All college essay programs except college essay mini will consist of two ” workshops” as introductory sessions.
Student may not use AI to draft essays.
To qualify for the research internship program, students must be currently enrolled in a high school or equivalent educational institution. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) fields.
Selected interns are expected to commit to the full duration of the program, which typically spans 12 weeks. Interns must attend all scheduled sessions, workshops, and meetings unless prior arrangements have been made with program coordinators.

onlinechalk will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, of any nature, arising from or in connection with your program, even if onlinechalk was aware of the possibility of such damages. Except for the guarantee specified, onlinechalk denies all warranties, whether expressed, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. onlinechalk’s total liability arising from your program will not exceed the amount paid for the program. In particular, regarding admission counseling services, onlinechalk makes no warranties regarding (a) the chances of success in gaining admission to a program, (b) whether the services will improve or negatively impact your application, or (c) any guarantee of admission to any program. onlinechalk will not be liable for your failure to be admitted to any program.”
These Student Enrollment Agreement Terms and Conditions and any claim or dispute arising out of, relating to or in connection with these Student Enrollment Agreement Terms and Conditions or the transactions contemplated hereby, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles. The exclusive means of resolving any such claim or dispute shall be binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. The one exception to the exclusivity of arbitration is that you have the right to bring an individual claim against Company in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction. But whether you choose arbitration or small-claims court, you may not under any circumstances commence or maintain against the Company any class action, class arbitration, or other representative action or proceeding.
